Developing e-Materials for Language Training – LearnIT2teach Stage 4

Course Description: Participants learn to create online language learning activities during Stage 4 of the LearnIT2teach training. Stage 4 is delivered online; however, participants must first complete the prerequisites: Avenue Bootcamp, Transition to Stage 2, and Stages 2 and 3.

Stage 4 participants develop a portfolio of e-materials for their own teaching-learning context. The training introduces basic instructional design principles, using Web 2.0 tools in language instruction, authoring online multimedia language learning quizzes, project-based language learning and WebQuests, and publishing options and sharing e-activities using Tutela.ca.
