IELTS Speaking Examiner

International Language Training and Testing Services (ILTTS) is an Official IELTS Test Center Approved by the British Council.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test results are the gold standard for assessing English Language skills. IELTS is used by most Canadian universities to qualify student applications for admissions as well as the IRCC to assess applicants for immigration to Canada.
IELTS Speaking Examiner is a rewarding career. Certified Speaking Examiners can make it a full-time career or work part time while still pursuing their regular jobs.

Pay: $48.00 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

ILTTS is looking for qualified and experienced individuals in Cambridge, Kitchener and London to join our team of IELTS Speaking Examiners. IELTS Speaking Examiners are responsible for conducting Speaking tests to IELTS standards.
Selected individuals will be trained by British Council approved trainers to be prepared as certified IELTS speaking Examiners.

Qualifications:

Minimum Professional Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate or master’s degree or a qualification which can be demonstrated to be equivalent to an undergraduate or master’s degree.
  • A recognised qualification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) or recognised equivalent as part of a recognised university course.
  • At least 3 years’ full time (or the equivalent part time) relevant TESOL teaching experience (minimum one-year post-certificate level qualification). Most of this teaching experience must relate to adult students (16 years and over).
